Autumn Apple Crisp Serves 8-12 Filling 7-9 medium-large apples Lemon juice (from 1 lemon) 2/3 cup sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 3 Tbsp arrowroot starch 1/4 cup water (you can also use apple juice) Toppings 1 cup rolled oats or quick oats 1/2 cup almond meal 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup sugar (cane sugar or coconut sugar recommended) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup pecans (roughly chopped) 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1/4 tsp sea salt Recipe
