COVID 19- Ayurvedic Tips to Boost Immunity
  1. Eat freshly prepared home made foods with whole grains and vegetables along with the spices. Avoid kapha-producing foods like dairy products and sugar. Favor spices: Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Basil, Garlic
  2. Drink hot water with ginger & lemon or herbal teas
  3. Keep moving, exercise, sweat it out
  4. Keep your senses lubricated. Simple things you can do at home: Nasya with Anu Thailam Nasya or sesame oil – 2 drops of sesame oil in each nostril AM & PM. Do self-massage with sesame or herbal oil.
  5. Gargle with hot water, salt and a pinch of turmeric
  6. Stay positive, keep yourself busy & meditate
  7. Do energetic cleansing at your home and office with sage
  8. Wash your hands and feet thoroughly several times a day
  9. Do not eat out or left-over & stale foods
  10. Colorful fresh fruits & vegetables are nature's "Farm"acy
  11. Aromatherapy with eucalyptus, basil, rosemary or sage​
